Frequently asked questions

Where is Pilates Central?

We're at Spine and Body, 4/116 Bundall Road, Bundall QLD 4217, a short drive from Surfers Paradise, Southport, Benowa and Broadbeach.

I've never done Pilates. Can I start?

Absolutely. Eden tailors every session to your body and goals, so beginners are very welcome. Your first visit starts with a conversation about your history, injuries and what you want to achieve.

Do you offer reformer Pilates?

Yes. We offer reformer and matwork Pilates in one-on-one tailored sessions and in small group classes.

Is Pilates good for back pain?

Many clients come to us for back pain, joint stability and mobility. Pilates builds deep core strength and control. Always check with your doctor or physio first if you have an injury or medical condition.
